The Butcher's Block is the professional wild game processor that Wisconsin hunters turn to in order to get the most from their meat. Whole processing includes skinning, cutting, wrapping, grinding, and freeze. We even provide caping services for shoulder mounts. We treat every animal with the same level of care as if we had harvested it ourselves!

We take a great deal of pride in processing your venison. From cleaning, cutting, wrapping and returning your venison cuts to YOU! Each carcass is tagged on arrival and tracked until it is picked up.
